NASHVILLE, TN – Racing returns to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, June 27, 2020. On Friday afternoon, June 12th Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (NFS) Officials received approval from Nashville Government Officials to host an auto racing event at the historic speedway with fans, at a reduced grandstand capacity.
Saturday, June 27th will feature all NFS Local Divisions, Pro Late Models, Whelen Super Trucks, Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Pest Doctor Front Runners, BH Holmes Construction Legends Cars and Bandoleros. Racing is slated to begin at 5:30pm central time. Ticket, gate times and additional information will be released in the coming days.

There will be two Open Practice sessions prior to the first race. The first will be one week before the event on Saturday, June 20th from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. The second open practice will be on Friday, June 26th from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. Pit Pass pricing, gate times and additional information will be made available soon.
The approval to race comes in cooperation with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville Health Department, Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation, Metropolitan Government of Nashville Mayor’s Office – John Cooper, The Fairgrounds Nashville Executive Director – Laura Womack and The Fairgrounds Nashville Events Director – Scott Wallace.
